Password Assistance

If you have questions about your password or logging in to Compline, this is the place to look first for help!

Forgot your password or is your password not working?

Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the forgot password link.
2. Enter your email address on the Password Assistance screen
3. Enter the 4 digit secure code that is generated on the next screen
4. You will be sent an email to confirm your request
5. Check your email and click on the link within the email
6. Change your password to whatever you want and can remember.
7. Login normally.

Locked out?

You can be locked out of your account if you or someone tries to guess your password and enters an incorrect password too many times. The simplest way out of this is to use the Forgot Your Password steps shown above to reset your password.

You got an email saying someone else is using your account?

We do all we can to safeguard your personal information. If we detect that two or more people are sharing a login, we suspend the account until the official account "owner" changes the password. Unfortunaltely, this safeguard will sometimes strike an innocent user. The only way to avoid this is to never have Compline open in more than one browser window at a time.
