Here I am preparing for the graduation of my youngest from college next Monday. TMI? Well, the title of her successfully defended in orals Thesis is “Forces in Opposition: The Polis and the Dionysiac in Euripides Bacchae” which if you ask me is reflective of today’s less than useful college environment. She graduates too young to be a greeter at Walmart for which college obviously prepared her. Actually the truth is I’m quite proud of her and wish she’d come help me write this stuff. She graduates a Classicist so if any of you are ever in need of getting some ancient Greek or Latin translated she’s your girl…. err, woman.
But you are here about rates and rate filings are you? So there is some interesting stuff.

Those guys over at Zenith did their usual obtuse filing but we’ve figured out that they use different territorial relativites for their non- Ag, farm groups, and dairy group, in some territories. Zenith is metrics and results based so we can project for you that the southland has not doing so well for them as the north.
AIG’s filing is nothing except getting around to adding the two new classes for 2014.

  • National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa.
  • New Hampshire Insurance Company
  • The Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania
  • AIG Property Casualty Company

The purpose of the file was to submit rate pages that include the two new 2014 class codes 5029 and 9095. This information was already added to the Cord data sight when I made the update for the original file. The changes were in an email I sent you 12/13/13.
